Position Highlights • Pay: $16 per hour with weekly pay • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–8 PM CT (no weekends) You’ll work an 8-hour shift within these hours • Location: Remote work • Perks: Referral bonuses, online skill-building classes, and career growth opportunities • Role: Full-time, long-term contract with a friendly team culture What You’ll Do • Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism • Gather and review patient billing and medical information • Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to federal healthcare guidelines • Use computer skills to enter data and navigate dual monitors • Work with insurance carriers to secure medication coverage for patients • Balance multiple tasks and maintain accurate records What We’re Looking For • Experience: At least 6 months of recent call center or customer service experience • Tech Skills: High-speed internet at home and comfort with dual monitors • Mindset: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others • Bonus: Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required Ready to Apply?
