About the Role The Sustainability Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in our technical sustainability team, with a primary focus on post-sales customer success. This role will involve working closely with our customers to understand their needs, providing technical support and guidance, and ensuring that they are able to maximize the benefits of our sustainability solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer success management to our clients, ensuring that they are able to achieve their sustainability goals and maximize the benefits of our solutions Onboard new customers to our software, providing technical support and guidance to ensure a smooth transition Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance and support on sustainability-related matters Interpret and analyze customer data, providing insights and recommendations to help them optimize their sustainability performance Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that our solutions are aligned with market trends and customer expectations Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sustainability, including new regulations, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our customer success management Essential Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer success or sustainability role Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, practices, and regulations, including GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, and Ecovadis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Fluent in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success Preferred Qualifications Experience working with SMEs or large corporations on sustainability-related projects Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards, such as CDP, GRI, and SDGs Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including the use of sustainability metrics and KPIs Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills and Competencies Strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer success Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Strong knowledge of sustainability principles, practices, and regulations, including GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, and Ecovadis Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
