As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting our advertising platform to local businesses, helping them to grow and thrive. About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting blithequark's advertising solutions to small business owners via outbound sales calls. Your primary objective will be to educate business owners about the benefits of our platform and customize sales packages to meet their needs. You will work closely with our clients to understand their goals and aspirations, providing tailored solutions to help them achieve success. Key Responsibilities Train, strategize, and effectively promote blithequark's advertising programs via a high volume of outbound sales calls Reach out to as many businesses as possible, working one of our scheduled shifts (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., or 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. in your local time) Manage and maintain a pipeline of clients, ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, using our CRM (Salesforce) Work from the comfort of your own home, promoting advertising to small local businesses on a fixed Monday to Friday schedule Become an expert in blithequark's advertising solutions, adapting product knowledge quickly to match client needs Ask probing questions, overcome client objections and rejection, and consistently exceed month-to-month sales goals Stay organized, manage your time effectively, and complete daily tasks to achieve success What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and flexible work environment. Essential Qualifications GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience OR a Bachelor's Degree No fear of the phone and excellent communication skills Basic computer and email skills, with proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to use a MacBook computer A distraction-free work environment and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight Current Australian work authorization Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a related field Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and blithequark's products and services Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
