You'll create personalized quotes, itineraries, and invoices, ensuring every client feels valued and excited about their travel plans. Key Responsibilities: Communicate professionally with clients and teammates to understand and fulfill their travel needs. Determine clients' wants, needs, preferences, and budget to tailor travel packages that exceed their expectations. Research, organize, and book all trip plans as needed by clients, including but not limited to: Hotel stays and resorts Car rentals and airport transfers Airfare and cruises Tours, activities, and event tickets Create detailed quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients, ensuring transparency and clarity in all travel arrangements. Stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry changes, restrictions, and trends to provide informed and personalized travel recommendations. Requirements for Success To thrive in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must have a reliable internet connection, computer, and/or smartphone to facilitate remote work. Must be available to attend live and recorded trainings and meetings to ensure continuous learning and growth. Must be self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced travel environment. Must be able to work independently, with the ability to ask for help and guidance when needed, demonstrating a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
