Your duties will include: * Processing child support payments in the SDU system with accuracy and efficiency * Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures * Collecting, researching, organizing, and analyzing data as required * Working as a team member, but also independently at times with limited direction * Adapting to a fast-paced environment and meeting stringent schedules and timelines * Maintaining flexibility and/or working overtime as needed **Required Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field * Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office * Strong interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy * Ability to work independently with limited direction * Flexibility to work overtime as needed **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in a remote environment * Familiarity with the SDU system or similar data entry systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to collaborative efforts **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote Part-time Data Entry Operator, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. However, you must reside in the state of Ohio to be eligible for this position.
