Your primary duties will include: * Responding to website chat inquiries in a timely and accurate manner * Following prewritten scripts and prompts to handle most chats efficiently * Identifying and escalating complex issues to senior agents or specialists * Documenting and tagging conversations for internal tracking and quality improvement * Managing multiple chats at once during peak times, with the support of real-time AI suggestions and supervisor messaging **A Day in the Life** Your shift will begin by logging into our web-based chat platform, where you'll review a short update briefing and check your tools. Once online, chats from customers will start appearing in your queue, and you'll work independently while being supported by real-time AI suggestions, supervisor messaging, and help center content.
