About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Customer Success Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building trusted, long-term relationships with our enterprise customers, ensuring customer retention, and driving commercial outcomes. This is an individual contributor position that requires a high level of mental agility, independence, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the commercial team to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including enterprise customers in the EMEA region. Own and manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and renewal of blithequark's products and services. Act as a product ambassador, promoting the adoption and regular usage of blithequark's evolving products and services among large enterprise customers. Provide expert advice to customers on blithequark's entire product suite, identifying opportunities to expand our footprint and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver value to customers, ensuring healthy commercial terms and renewals. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role, working with large enterprises in the EMEA region, with a focus on value-based, direct customer engagement. Proven track record of expanding existing accounts and winning new business from enterprise-scale customers. Fluency in English, with additional European language skills being a plus. Strong passion for climate action and a deep understanding of the carbon markets and climate change mitigation strategies. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Preferred Qualifications Experience in consulting, advisory, customer success, or account management, with a focus on climate change, sustainability, or environmental services. Strong network and relationships within the EMEA region, with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and trends. Experience working with senior executives and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel occasionally for business within the EMEA region.
