About the Role Key Responsibilities Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email from customers and/or internal parties in a timely and efficient manner. Manage orders, including order entry, price checking, and order clearing, ensuring compliance with blithequark's policies and procedures. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, using established policies and procedures. Coordinate delivery and billing, including multiple product lines and respective sequencing of project orders, to fulfill external customer project requirements. Provide assistance to sales functions across EMEA and external customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests, and account management. Resolve problems by applying established policies, procedures, and tactics, using proactive communication across internal networks of multiple product lines. Foster an environment that promotes blithequark's goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement, and builds strong customer relationships. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree (BSC/BA) and have at least 1-3 years of experience in customer support. You should also have a strong command of the English language (minimum B2 level) and be fluent in German. Basic MS Office skills are essential, and knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or any case management tool is an advantage.
