About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers via inbound calls to provide assistance with accounts, toll invoices, technical issues, and DMV registration holds. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to customers, quickly and accurately identifying and assessing individual customer needs and taking appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs Project patience, empathy, caring, and sincerity in voice tone and words, establishing rapport over the phone quickly and remaining positive and upbeat while following client guidelines and all rules and regulations Communicate thoughts and information clearly and succinctly, expressing unpleasant or negative information in a tactful manner Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Build and maintain productive working relationships with others, contributing as an effective team member and participating in special projects as required Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Prior customer service experience, with high-volume call center experience being a plus Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers Outstanding attendance and work ethic, with a strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking, with the ability to work well in a team setting Good typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to pass a typing test Ability and openness to work professionally with a diverse customer base Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Knowledge of contact center management and customer service principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or a related field What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary and bonus structure Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous paid time off package, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Optional daily pay and flexible scheduling 401(k) plan with company match, available after 90 days of employment Opportunities for career growth and professional development, including training and certification programs Our Culture and Work Environment At blithequark, we're proud of our diverse and inclusive work environment, where everyone is valued and respected.
