Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in handling customer inquiries through email and chat platforms, with experience in using CRM software and ticketing systems. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work setting, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
