We're now looking for a seasoned Customer Success Director to join our team and drive growth for our clients through effective advertising strategies. As a key member of our Advertising Team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to devise and implement advertising campaigns that contribute to clients' revenue growth. If you're passionate about understanding customer needs and mapping product capabilities to drive business success, we'd love to hear from you. **About the Role:** As a Customer Success Director at blithequark, you'll lead a team of eCommerce advertising experts to execute media through our Retail Media platform and drive customer sales. You'll be responsible for understanding customer needs, planning, organizing, and managing all phases of a joint success plan, and focusing on how we use our product to help customers meet those needs. You'll also be an expert on the blithequark platform, acting as a vital resource for training, questions, and troubleshooting customer issues. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead a team of eCommerce advertising experts to execute media through our Retail Media platform and drive customer sales * Understand customer needs, to then plan, organize, and manage all phases of a joint success plan, then focus on how we use our product to help customers meet those needs * Be an expert on the blithequark platform and act as a vital resource for helping with training, questions, and troubleshooting customer issues * Manage client's advertising budget and drive success * Be a subject matter expertise in Ecommerce advertising for our customers, guiding them on how to drive growth for our customers * Perform deep data analysis to answer the client's strategic questions, and drive action * Move the needle with respect to the client's KPIs and continuously showcase the value of blithequark's platform throughout the engagement period * Collaborate with our internal teams to shape new features * Advise our Sales team on upselling & cross-selling opportunities that will help our customers succeed **What You'll Bring:** * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related field * 8+ total years of professional work experience * 6+ years experience in running Enterprise level Retail Media campaigns * Experience managing Paid Search marketing budgets in the multi-million dollar range (specifically on Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart) at well-respected agencies for large enterprise brands * Well-versed in Bid and Budget management, content optimization, and promotion planning * An analytical approach to problem-solving with advanced Excel skills * Project management experience and ability to anticipate and mitigate risks * Proven experience in working with VP, SVP, and C-level executives of enterprise-level companies * Excellent presentation and communication skills, including both oral and written * Track record of retaining and renewing Enterprise customers in the SaaS space **What We Offer:** * A competitive base salary range of $129,000 - $177,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications * Long-term incentives, in the form of company stock options * Potential discretionary bonuses * Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage * A 401(k)-retirement plan * Short & long-term disability insurance * Life insurance * Paid parental leave * Monthly reimbursements for gym, phone, and internet * 10+ paid company holidays in each calendar year, quarterly Global Recharge Fridays, and unlimited PTO **Work Environment and Culture:** As a remote role in the U.S., you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
