Our team of experts is passionate about helping businesses navigate the complexities of the supply chain, and we're committed to making a positive impact on our customers' success. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Strategy & Engagement Solutions Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales efforts of blithequark's Transportation Management team. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with sales, lines of service, and opco's to design creative business solutions that meet our customers' unique needs * Facilitating sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process, ensuring seamless communication and effective relationship-building * Developing and maintaining pricing models in coordination with sales processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Creating and managing libraries for sales/marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency and quality * Designing and developing reports for sales pipeline and other ad-hoc reports, using Salesforce to track and analyze data * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner **Key Responsibilities** * Work with sales, lines of service, and opco's to design creative business solutions that meet our customers' unique needs * Facilitate sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process, ensuring seamless communication and effective relationship-building * Completion of RFI and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Develop, maintain, and utilize pricing models in coordination with sales processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Develop and maintain libraries for sales/marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency and quality * Create reporting for sales pipeline and other ad-hoc reports, using Salesforce to track and analyze data * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Education and Experience** * Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or related field required * Minimum 5-7 years of experience in solution design, sales support, implementation, project management, facilitation, and strong MS Office Suite required * Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of transportation management and logistics principles **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication skills (oral and written) to organize ideas and make clear, logical, and persuasive presentations * Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with management, customers, and colleagues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Proficiency in Salesforce, with experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * blithequark is committed to the growth and development of our employees, offering opportunities for professional growth and advancement * Access to training and development programs, including workshops, webinars, and conferences * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on teamwork and open communication * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the company **Work Environment and Company Culture** * blithequark is a diverse and inclusive organization, committed to creating a workplace that values and respects all employees * Our office is located in Lombardi Ave, Green Bay, WI 54304, with flexible hours and a 3-day in-office/2-day remote schedule * We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off **Compensation and Perks** * Competitive salary range: $58,656.00 (Min) - $83,787.00 (Mid) - $109,739.00 (Max) Yearly * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off * Flexible hours and a 3-day in-office/2-day remote schedule * Access to training and development programs, including workshops, webinars, and conferences * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the company **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for customer strategy and engagement, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
