Your expertise will be essential in configuring our platform, implementing integrations, and educating customers on our innovative solutions. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, including product managers and support teams, to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary onboarding contact, collaborating with customers to understand their specific requirements and objectives. * Manage multiple onboarding projects, guiding customers through the blithequark onboarding process, and providing clear instructions to ensure customer progression and internal tracking. * Lead the configuration of our platform, implementing the appropriate integrations, and getting users and/or companies utilizing our system. * Conduct training sessions to educate customers on our platform's features and functionality. * Reinforce the utilization of our solution using best practices and standards whenever possible. * Ensure timely and successful onboarding by proactively addressing any challenges or issues with an emphasis on time to value. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet customer needs, including escalating technical issues to management and the appropriate teams. * Drive change and support change management in customer behaviors to onboard customers to the platform quickly. * Be an ambassador for blithequark and convey confidence in our offering and the expected outcomes. **Who You Are** You're a highly adaptable and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
