Entry-Level On-site Human Resources Coordinator (on-site specific role)

About the positionResponsibilities• Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews to bring in the best talent• Leading employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming start, setting them up for success from day one.• Maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with FMLA and other labor laws, and keeping everything organized.• Supporting the administration of HR systems and administrative items.• Facilitating employee relations efforts to foster a positive, engaged, and motivated workplace culture.• Collaborating with management on strategic workforce planning and organizational needs, contributing to a culture of betterment and continuous improvement.• Providing guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures, helping everyone stay aligned with our growth-focused culture• Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs that enhance employee skills and promote a mindset of learning and betterment.• Planning and setting up on-site team events to create community.Requirements• Ability to work on-site Monday-Friday for a full-time schedule of 9:00 am-5:30 pm.• Passionate about creating a positive and supportive work environment.• Organized and good at handling details.• Excited to learn and grow your HR skills.• A strong communicator who enjoys working with people.• Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.• Strong understanding of employee orientation processes and best practices.• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to mediate disputes effectively.• Experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing candidates through various platforms.• Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis for reporting purposes.• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.• Ability to plan and lead team events.Nice-to-haves• Associate degree (Preferred)• 1 year of experience in recruiting (Required)• 1 year of experience in communication skills (Required)• 1 year of experience in time management (Required)Benefits• Dental insurance• Employee discount• Health insurance• Paid time off• Parental leave• Tuition reimbursement• Vision insurance
