Our ideal candidate will reside in either Bedford or Manchester, New Hampshire, or surrounding areas, and be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. **Position Purpose:** As a Customer Service Advocate III, you will serve as the advocate that focuses on resolving more complex issues or concerns for members or providers.
