The Customer Organization Engagement Specialist delivers on our Purpose by providing administrative and project support to theEmployee Engagement & Insights Team. This role acknowledges Employee life events on behalf of Customer CARE Senior Leaders, coordinating run-of-show and prepping items for meetings and events, paying vendor invoices, reconciling budgets, and providing support to the Employee Engagement & Insights Team. Responsibilities • Participate actively in regularly scheduled meetings for both the Team and department to ensure successful results that meet the changing needs of SWA • Assist in the delivery of projects on time, on target, and on budget • Manage logistics for a variety of department initiatives • Organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports • Capture notes and project flows into PowerPoint presentations • Communicate with outside sources, vendors, Teams, and internal Customers via personal contact, telephone, and written correspondence • Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, note taking, designing forms, and other office procedures • Knowledge of event and meeting planning • Ability to think strategically and work independently • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and modify actions based on needs of the business • Ability to demonstrate flexibility, common sense, and good judgment • Ability to meet confidentiality expectations regarding confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information • Must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail • Must work under tight time constraints to accomplish assignments and projects • Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products Education • Required: High School Diploma or GED Experience • Entry level experience, developing skills and knowledge in Employee Engagement Licensing/Certification • N/A Physical Abilities • Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job Other Qualifications • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines • Some travel may be required, flexibility to work outside of regular office hours Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $58,850.00 - $65,400.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
