Through personalized strategies, expert mentorship, and hands-on guidance, we empower the next generation of leaders, setting them up for success in an increasingly competitive admissions landscape. We are a fast-growing, mission-driven startup scaling quickly. This is more than a job, it’s an opportunity to shape processes, directly impact student outcomes, and grow into a leadership position as we expand. About the Role We’re looking for a College Counselor (Student Success) who understands the stakes of the college journey and knows how to guide families through it with clarity, empathy, and confidence. Value Delivery & Growth • Understand each family’s goals and priorities, tailoring support to maximize student success. • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services (e.g., test prep, extra college applications, research tracks, or passion project mentoring) to add value to the student’s journey. • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to highlight student success stories, case studies, referrals, and testimonials. Qualifications Must-Have: • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services or direct experience as a college counselor/consultant. • Strong understanding of holistic college admissions, profile development, and competitive positioning. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, warm, clear, and confident in navigating family relationships. • Proven ability to manage multiple students/families at once, staying organized under pressure. • Passion for student growth, access, and long-term impact. Bonus Points for: • Experience in both account management and college counseling (ideal). • Background in education, admissions consulting, or working with high-achieving students. • Knowledge of STEM-focused students and selective summer programs. • Experience supporting high-achieving, mission-driven young people. Why Join Us? • Be Part of Something Bigger: Join a fast-growing, mission-driven startup that’s redefining the college counseling experience and making a real difference in students' lives. • A Platform for Growth: This isn’t just a job, it’s an opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly scaling company. For the right candidate, this role is a springboard into leadership, with the potential to build and lead a team as we expand. • Your Work Matters: At LogoLife, your contributions have a direct impact on families and students, helping them navigate one of the most important journeys of their lives. • Collaborative, Innovative Team: Work with a passionate, purpose-driven team that values creativity, ownership, and your ideas. • Shared Success: As the company grows, so will your opportunities. Full-time potential and shares mean you’ll be directly rewarded for the impact you create.
